		RECIPE: Beat oil, eggs, and sugar thoroughly. Add vanilla. Sift spices, salt, and soda with flour about 3 times. Add to egg mixture. Add apples and nuts. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
